Our story

Started on a factory floor in 2007. Still anchored there.

ABS Industries was founded with one observation: India's manufacturing growth was being throttled not by demand, but by the daily struggle of finding, deploying and retaining the right workers — compliantly. We started with a single contract supplying operators to an auto component plant in Pune. Eighteen years later, we operate across eight group entities and serve more than 150 clients in nine industry verticals.

Through it all, our promise hasn't changed: put the right person on the right machine, on time, with paperwork that holds up in any audit.
